Given the severity of the Houston Astros’ cheating scandal, it would be almost impossible for the cover-up to do any more damage to the game of baseball. But the Astros and Commissioner Rob Manfred are giving it their best shot. As a group, the Astros have been unrepentant and sorry only that they got caught, if that.
