Strong winds have blown the roof off a structure in Middletown, causing the borough to close East Main Street from Spruce Street to Vine Street, according to borough officials. Residents received a notification about the closure shortly after 2 p.m on Thursday. Middletown fire and police are currently at the scene on the 200 block of East Main Street.
