Netflix has announced that Anthony Bourdain's hit CNN travel and food series Parts Unknown will remain on the streaming platform indefinitely. The internet service released a statement saying, "As of today, we’ve extended our agreement that will keep Parts Unknown on the service for months to come.". Parts Unknown was originally scheduled to leave Netflix US on June 16 because the streaming platform's license deal was ending. The news of an extension comes after Bourdain's tragic death by suicide last week. Tanner Palin, the fan who created the petition , pleaded: "Netflix, this show isn't just entertaining. It is heartwarming, it is honest and it benefits human kind. Please keep it on the air." Full story
