An update to Windows 10 is causing chaos for some users, who have been faced with the dreaded 'blue screen of death' crash message after installing it. Others have been unable to get back into their machines after the system crash, entering an endless 'boot loop'. Microsoft says it is working on a fix for the issue, which will be included in a future update, but users may wish to hold fire on updating their systems in the meantime. Scroll down for video.
