New Pennsylvania State Police reports show 21 non-life-sustaining businesses were issued warnings Thursday for staying open in violation of Gov. Tom Wolf’s order to close. Troopers began issuing warnings to business owners across the state on Monday as part of the attempt to slow the spread of the novel coronavirus . There are now 78 statewide violations, but no citations have been issued. A state police spokesman previously said troopers are focused on educating business owners when possible.
